I find that I am often worrying and fretting over the future and things that are out of my control. It's so hard to live in the moment and let the rest go. So, one of the things I try to focus on in living in the moment; savoring the journey. I just shared the verse below with a loved one who is having a tough time right now. I think it's just as much for me as it was for him as I'm anxious too!
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
