Sous-Chefs provide one video-format mixed media creative lesson, accompanied by one PDF-format favourite cooking recipe!
They should also be available for the two weeks following their lesson, to respond to and encourage students in the class discussion thread at Community Thrive, and private Soul Food class group on Facebook.

Spots are limited and applications close on April 4, 2014. More detailed Sous-Chef information will be sent to successful applicants.
